Priorities

  • We must review infrastructure, improve our regional partnerships prevent water waste and loss, and think creatively to develop long-term solutions and new local supplies for Marin residents.

  • The Water Board needs to be planning for decades into the future. Our budgeting must include reserves for the tough days ahead, and adequate resources for trained staff, while staying affordable for all.

  • We must take care of Marin’s beauty, infrastructure, and biodiversity, prepare for extreme weather events like wildfires, and have a balanced approach to recreational use.
